By using Draftly Estimates, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Draftly Estimates is a contractor estimate and proposal tool. It helps users create estimates, save customers, send proposals, and track customer approvals.

Draftly Estimates provides estimate-building tools, proposal templates, and workflow support. It does not guarantee pricing, profit, job outcomes, legal compliance, customer payment, or business results. Users are responsible for reviewing all estimates, pricing, scope, terms, and proposals before sending them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into Draftly Estimates, including customer information, project details, pricing, materials, scope of work, notes, terms, and proposal content.

If you enter customer information into Draftly Estimates, you confirm that you have a legitimate business reason to store and use that information for estimates, proposals, communication, and project tracking.

Draftly Estimates may allow customers to approve proposals through an online approval page. Approval records are provided for convenience and tracking. Users are responsible for deciding whether additional contracts, signatures, deposits, permits, or legal documents are needed for their work.

If payment features are added in the future, payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Draftly Estimates is not responsible for third-party payment processor fees, delays, chargebacks, disputes, or account decisions.

You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure. You should not share your account with unauthorized users. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You agree not to misuse Draftly Estimates, attempt to access other users’ data, interfere with the service, upload harmful content, use the service for fraudulent activity, or use the service in violation of applicable laws.

Draftly Estimates may be updated, changed, interrupted, or unavailable at times. We may add, remove, or modify features as the product grows.

Draftly Estimates is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost business, lost data, incorrect estimates, customer disputes, project issues, or damages connected to use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Use as Draftly Estimates changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new updated date.
